How old does my child have to be to register?
Camps are open to all boys and girls aged 7 to 15.
Are there any restrictions for the All Abilities group?
The All Abilities section is open to boys and girls aged 8 and up. We do not have facilities for wheel chairs or the like so only players that are able to walk unassisted should join. We do suggest that parents and/or carers for each player be present.
Can parents and/or guardians watch the training?
Parents are welcome to take the opportunity to spectate, provided they do not interfere with the process of the program and they need to remain off the field at all times.
There will usually be a kiosk open so you can get your refreshments as you watch!
When are uniforms given to players?
Uniforms will be handed out to players on the first day of the camp. Further information will be sent out before the camps.
What if a camp is cancelled for any reason?
Wherever possible Camps are run on all-weather pitches and will go ahead, regardless of weather (as long as safety is not compromised). This is however subject to change or cancellation without notice. If the camp is cancelled due to logistical reasons full refunds are issued within 28 days of cancellation or participants can choose to attend any of the other camps based on availability. Please see our full cancellation policy here.

The Camps offer players the chance to learn football from some of the greatest clubs in the world. It is not designed or run to recruit or scout players.
How do I choose the size of the uniform?
This size guide can help you. If in doubt between two, we suggest ordering the larger size. Unfortunately, we work on a strict ordering basis and cannot change sizes at camp, so please consider this carefully when ordering!

What things should my child bring to camp?
A welcome email will be sent to all participants prior to camp, but essentials are:
Running Shoes / Sneakers

Children will have their bags on the edge of the field. When training ends, each child is responsible for his or her bag. It is a great idea that bags be identified with your name. It is requested that do not carry any valuables and that children wear clothes with the badge of any other team or club.
What do the 'Coach the Coach' sessions include?
The Celtic FC academy coach education sessions include in class presentations
and field time.
The Celtic FC academy coaches will show the group a little about how players are developed at the club as well as show the practical application of the theory provided. These sessions can be tailored in many different ways depending on the needs of the coaching group that has registered. The needs of the registered coaching group will be requested prior to the sessions and there may be concurrent sessions running in the same venue.
